Everything was stolen from me, and the boxes were delivered empty—containing two wedding rings and two bracelets. Do not buy from here; the delivery company used in the USA (Gofo) has drivers—or whoever they may be—who open the packages and steal the items. To make matters worse, the company doesn't even have records identifying these drivers. As for Cascalia, I’ve been trying to report this for nearly a day, sending emails with no response. I’m now turning to my bank, hoping they can get my money back as soon as possible. I have no intention of ever buying from a company that employs delivery drivers who are thieves and tamper with packages.
Excellent service, fantastic watch for the price, would definitely recommend. Not so thrilled with the strap as it snapped just a few weeks after purchase.
